IS IT ME?
I wonder is it me! Over the past couple of years I have seen Corporate Radio Stations ( i'm not going call names) just literally go in Black Urban Communities and take their Rooted Music away from them, and no one says a damn thing about it,no one meaning the Black Community and as always they use Black Programmers as the hatchetman, (now I wonder where did that come from?). Are they saying to the Black Community, your music don't sell cars, homes and other goods in America or are they just sick and tired of that old sad-ass,moaning grawling music? (I really can't say that, because when it comes to some of those big New York Music Companys' that holds the Rights to most of that Black Music, did I say most, I mean ALL of that Black Music that we seem ashame of, this vary music have made them Music Companies handsomely rich and wealthy!). The Church leaders don't say anything, about them taking away of their Gospel music, now the Black Church-goers can't get a good spiritual start to Church on a Sunday morning anymore),no more Traditional Quartet Gospel for you people, no more of your ole blues music, and your traditional jazz crap, but we'll let you keep your Hip-hop and your Rap, that's more representive of your character. That reminds me of that ole "KING FISH and AMOS game, the new Steppin & Flecther game again in 2009! I would like to remind you of one thing and that is, Radio is in the business for only one purpose, and that is to, SELL ADVERTISING! ..... Now Lets Talk "BABY-BOOMERS!
